One of my favorite college memories
is from my Junior year, February of 2006. Corey Aumiller, for whom
we all held the deepest respect (more than he realized), appeared
before us in the Motion Graphics lab with a proposition. He asked
us if we'd be interested in helping him start a film out west during
our spring break. I felt so honored. My answer was of course yes.
Had I already made plans for spring break, I would have surely canceled
them. Our week in Big Bend was only the beginning of what has easily
become the best years of my life. I wouldn't trade our friendship
or this film for the world. We have achieved so much, individually
and collaboratively, and I can't wait to see what the future holds
for True Studios. |
